- 2 zucchini, spiralized
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Sauté garlic in oil in a sauté pan over medium heat until fragrant
- Add zucchini, cook until heated through, tossing with tongs.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and toss with cheese, salt and pepper
