No need to turn on the oven or even the microwave for this easy morning solution. Some assembly is required, but it will leave you full all morning!! Happy and Healthy to seize the Day!!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- Optional toppings; fresh strawberries, natural light whipped topping

Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend on high, until smooth; stopping and stirring if needed
