What’s better than Chocolate Cake??……..Still waiting…

How about a guilt-free version of it, without any regret?? I think so. Summer whether we like it or not is still coming!! These are super simple to make, no bake time and of course NO SUGAR!!!

Wait, what?? How??
Here’s how…..

Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 2/3 cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

Cake:

  • 2 1/2 cup tofu
  • 1 cup melted chocolate
  • 1/8 cup cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

Crust:

  • Combine the crust ingredients first.
  • Place in a muffin tray lined with muffin cups
  • Freeze for 2 hours

Cake:

  • Combine all ingredients, place on top of the crust mixture
  • Freeze again for 2 hours.

Before you are ready to eat them, let them sit outside the freeze just for a couple of minutes before you dive in.
