Berry Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of fresh kale, chopped and stems removed
  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk/water
Directions:
  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  • Blend. Add more ice if too thin, add a bit of milk or water if too thick.
  • Pour into glass and ENJOY!
