- 1 cup of fresh kale, chopped and stems removed
- 1 cup of frozen berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup almond milk/water
- Gather your ingredients.
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend. Add more ice if too thin, add a bit of milk or water if too thick.
- Pour into glass and ENJOY!
