Lemon Aioli Sauce
- 1/2 cup of a mayonnaise of your choice
- 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Zest from half of lemon
- 1 minced garlic clove
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- In a small bowl combine all ingredients. Set Aside.
- When peppers are done cooking, add a nice drizzle of sauce on top.
