Pan-Fried Shishito Peppers

Cook Time: 5 minutes
Super Simple Easy Side Dish or Delicious Snack


  • 1/2 pound of shishito peppers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sea Salt, or Himalayan salt


  • Heat a cast iron pan on medium high heat, add oil. When oil and pan are hot add the peppers. Fry the skin until the peppers have ‘blistered’. Turning occasionally, about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and season generously with salt.

Serve peppers alone or with aioli sauce.
